Fuel tax rates increased 1 February 2023. The easiest way to apply the correct rate is to use the Fuel Tax Credit Calculator on ATO Website every time you make a claim on your BAS.
You can also use the Simplified Method if you claim less than $10,000 a year in fuel tax credits.
